With surface areas ranging from 50m2 to 120m2, the 17 Residence apartments are air-conditioned and soundproofed, all suitable both for family holidays and business trips.

Our apartments
The Residence is composed of 2 buildings, one facing towards Rue d’Antibes main shopping area and the other on a quiet back street.

17 luxury apartments all soundproofed and air-conditioned:

• The 4 One bedroom apartments are approximately 50m2
• The 12 Two bedroom apartments range from 70m2 to
100m2, 3 of which are duplex
• The Four bedroom duplex apartment is 120 m2

The lounge is equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa bed for two people, in addition to the beds in the bedrooms.

Each apartment has a private bathroom and separate toilet.
Some of the apartments have either terraces or balconies.
Among the facilities offered:
• fully-equipped kitchens with microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc
• 2 TV sets with satellite channels, Stereo set and DVD player
• Direct telephone line with your own number and Internet connection
• Videophone, secure door and security camera in the hall

Your arrival
If you arrive by plane, the nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur.

To get to the Residence, you can take a taxi, or
Take the Airport shuttle bus - Cannes direct (approx. every 30 minutes) stopping at Gray d’Albion or Gare Routière/Place de l’Hôtel de Ville terminus.

If you travel to Cannes by train, the E-LO electric minibuses leave from the train station to stop nearby the Cannes Croisette Prestige Residence.

The Residence is located right in the middle of Rue d’Antibes, nearby the Fnac store with Lalique and Mont-Blanc stores on the ground floor.

In the building behind, our office-reception is open to welcome you from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm.
Here you will be given the keys to your apartment, as well as a card for the car park, when applicable.

If you arrive outside opening hours, a welcome package will be sent to you with your reservation confirmation. Our staff can be reached by telephone.
