« Wintime services” is a company providing personal & corporate concierge services. We help busy people in managing their day-to-day work. We are also a relocation expert.

We propose our clients to discharge them from the management of all their everyday errands which can cut into their leisure time. We can carry out of all type of requests unless it is illegal.
Our role is to be a sort of a modern majordomo who will carry out of our clients thousand day-to-day problems. Our objective is to help them to save their precious time and to reduce their stress.

Whenever they need wait services (waiting at their home for deliveries or service personnel such as cable, phone or repair), a dry cleaning or a shoe repair pick up & drop off, house repair estimates, a ticket for a theatre, personal shopping, a plumber or a nanny searches, dog walking, to organize a dinner, their children’s birthday or to book their holidays, Wintime services will do its best to satisfy all their needs and make their own personal dreams come true. Our services are more like the top class hotel concierge services - whenever you need to find a solution for your problem we will help you.

(Vacation and get away weekend planning, restaurants booking, hotels, taxi, theatres reservation, car rentals,...)

(Dry cleaning and shoe repair pick up & drop off, collecting registered letters, wait services, filling up a refrigerator before your return, car cleaning, doing your personal accountancy....)
1. Searching services
(Searching of: nanny, cleaning lady, a company for house repairs, removal man, decorator, plumber, personnel gym trainer, AU-PAIR girl....)
1. Administrative formalities
(Car registration, visas, documents pick up & drop of, dealing with all removal formalities, school enrollment for children...)
1. Entertainment services
(Organization of: romantic dinners, parties or children birthdays, personnel shopper (gifts, shopping assistant…), flower ordering and delivery....)

Paris and near suburbs.

- Who are your clients? What is their profile?
Our services are addressed to companies and private individuals.
As far as private individuals are concerned, our clients are busy people whose work requires many availability or frequent displacements, people constantly under stress or people who do not wish or cannot manage their everyday “to-do” list.

Actually we work for business owners, legal professionals, frequent travelers, consultants, headhunters or executive/business people with very little free time.

As far as companies are concerned, our services are addressed to small and medium business owners as well as to large corporations. We offer them on-site or on-call concierge services facilitating their employees’ day-to-day work.

- Do you work with foreign clients (expatriates, foreign companies...)?

Of course! Our services are also addressed to all foreign people who come to France within the professional or personal framework.

We are their personal assistant who helps them to adapt in France. We guarantee an English speaking person who assists them with the complexity of the French administration, helps them to get over communication problems or to understand how the French system works. Moreover, we propose to all companies the services of relocation and corporate expatriate management.

- Can you help a foreign family who come to settle in Paris in their accommodation?

Absolutely. As indicated above, we provide a complete range of services to support private individuals, executives and companies relocating in Paris. Therefore, we can: search for housing solutions, help them in their accommodation, handle with everything concerning their new home (telephone, utility connections, electricity, gas, cable, water), open a bank account, enroll their children at school, find them an English speaking doctor, cleaning lady or nanny, assist them in personal shopping (gifts, clothing, grocery shopping).
