you.
All employees in
France automatically benefit for social security
for themselves and their families.
Formalities
Other
members of the European Union only need an identity
card or eventually a passport to enter the
country.
Foreigners -
First application for a worker's temporary
residents card
You have to provide
the following documents (originals and photocopies)
:
A valid passport with the required visa;
Civil status document, not more than 3 months old
(birth certificate, certificate of civil status or
family certificates).
Contrat d’introduction d’un travailleur
étranger visé par l’Office des
Migrations Internationales ;
Contrat de travail ;
Photocopie du livret de famille ou fiche familiale
d'état-civil pour les personnes
mariées
Extrait d'acte de naissance ou fiche familiale
d'état-civil établissant la
filiation
Justificatif de domicile au nom de
l’intéressé de moins de 3 mois
(bail, facture EDF ou Telecom, acte
notarial...)
En cas
d’hébergement chez une tierce personne
:
- Attestation
d’hébergement sur l’honneur de
cette personne
- Justificatif de domicile au nom du logeur
- Photocopie de la carte d’identité du
logeur
- Fiche familiale d’état-civil du
logeur
2 Enveloppes
timbrées au tarif en vigueur
libellées à votre adresse.
3 Photographies
d’identité noir et blanc sur fond
neutre, récentes, de face, tête nue,
contrastées, de 3,5 x 4.5 cm.
