Property management
- In your absence, we will coordinate and manage any work to be done on
your home.

We are on-site at the time of their visit for a quote or for carrying out any work. We will check if they are satisfactory and meet your requirements and will inform you of their progress.

- Our regular visits to the property mean we can inform you of any problems (violent weather conditions for example) and quick repair by the relevant workmen, if necessary.

- We can advise and assist you in the organisation of receptions, for yourself or for people to whom you have let your property.

Reception and caretaking

- We will maintain the interior of your property. For your arrival or the arrival of your guests: the beds will be made up, the heating or air conditioning switched to the ideal temperature, the interiors will be clean and fresh and the fridge full.

- Outside, the garden furniture is in place. The patios and pool decks are swept and clean. We will also take care of the swimming pool maintenance, checking the water quality and cleaning the pool (with no technical operations, however). These services can also be provided after your departure. To enable you to enjoy your stay until the last moment, we

will take care of closing your property after your departure.

Managing your staff
Delegating your authority to us during your absence means guaranteeing the efficiency of your staff. Through regular visits to your property, we guarantee the continual efficiency of the people working in your home. We check the completion of scheduled tasks and define new priorities if so required.

Every request will be the subject of a budget proposal which takes into account the frequency of your visits, the size of the property and the number of staff on-site.
