Hotels and Restaurants
Comfortable rooms can be found for a reasonable price, without being 3-star quality. There are 420 youth hostels throughout the country with no age limit. The Welcome Inn, opened by the Tourist Board, costs on average less than 8000 yen a night. There are traditional 'ryokan' inns with a typical ambiance, and you can also find western style bed and breakfasts and guest houses. Non-Japanese restaurants in Tokyo : It will cost yu about 1500 yen for a meal in one of the following restaurants : * Al Dente, 6th floor of the Sony Tower. Open every day from 11 am to 8 pm. * Aperio, 1st level, Yanagi Road, 11h30 - 2h00, 5h30 - 9h00, closed on Sundays and public holidays *Levante, near the CFJ station at Yurakucho. 11h30 - 2h00, 6 - 10pm Closed Sundays and public holidays. * Kentucky Fried Chicken, at Ginza INZ 1. 10h30 - 9 pm. Open every days except Christmas and New Year. * Wendy's, at Ginza 2 chome, hamburgers from 7 am - 10 pm, open every day.
