What are your activities ?
So far, our agency Short Time Rental
offers 250 apartments from studios
to 4 bedrooms, in the most central areas
of Paris, selected to suit the needs of
our corporate costumers and the one we
want to have.. Easily accessible from the
Parisian airports, all apartments have a
minimum equipment (Internet, telephone,
flat screen…) and a large range of
services so that our customers feel A
Paris comme chez soi ! ("In Paris like at
home!)
Most of them are available for long term
rentals, but we also offer monthly,
weekly, by the night rentals and last
minute rentals, offers not available by
our competitors. You can book online.
Our agency also offers to French or
foreign owners to manage their apartment's
rental when they go to live abroad and
they do not want to sell their property.
Thus they can have their apartment at any
time during their visit to Paris while
getting their investment. Short term
rentals relate to our owner rents up to
15/20% higher than those of a traditional
rental while keeping the use of the
property. We take care of the apartment
and manage on behalf of owners during all
stages of renting the apartment. We can
even on their request, represent them for
condominiums meetings.

the reservation of daily meals, services

services of car rentals with or without

intramural motorbike, pressing,
babysitting, house staff, computer rental,
cell phone, and why not a Nespresso
machine, booking shows, cooking classes,
concierge, massage, home gym, services of
a concierge ... and any other specific
request of our customers. Our range of
service is limited as to satisfy the
requirements of our customers. Thus Paris
