Who
is Paris Attitude ?
Paris Attitude is
an estate agency specialised
in the rental of furnished apartments
for periods of between 1 week
and 1 year, with a primarily
international clientele.
What
is the purpose of Paris Attitude ?
Paris
Attitude serves as a mediator
between the tenant and the owner
and is responsible for:
- selecting
tenants that correspond to the
requirements of the owners
- finding
apartments that correspond to
the requirements of the tenants
We
have an international team ready
to meet the requirements of
both tenants and owners. We
work under a non-exclusive listing
agreement.
What
services are offered by Paris
Attitude ?
Our
services are free for the owner.

We
are responsible for advertising
your apartment and renting it
out in the optimum conditions
of quality and efficiency.

We will come out free of charge
to photograph your property,
write a detailed description
in several different languages
and advertise it on our website.
- A listing agreement (non-exclusive)
must be signed by Paris Attitude
and the owner.
- We also
draft a lease that will be signed
by you and the tenant.

We organise for the tenant to
send you the reservation fee.
- The rent is paid by the
tenant directly into you bank
account, either by bank transfer
or through Paypal.
Can
Paris Attitude manage my apartment
for me ?
Paris
Attitude is a transaction-only
company.
It is the responsibility
of the owner or a representative
of the owner to be present when
the tenant checks in and checks
out of the apartment. However,
we can recommend companies who
will take full responsibility
for the management of your apartment.

Do
you accept apartments everywhere
in Paris ?
We
accept apartments everywhere
in Paris and sometimes in
Neuilly sur Seine, Boulogne Billancourt and Levallois Perret.
What
are the selection criteria for
your apartments ?
- The
minimum size is 15m2.

The
apartments must be ready to
live in, in very good condition,
with all fixtures and household
appliances in perfect working
order.
- The
apartments must be located in Paris, Neuilly sur Seine, Boulogne
Billancourt or Levallois Perret.
- We
visit and photograph all of
the apartments that we advertise
for rental.
How
can I ensure a high rate of
occupancy?
The
rate of occupancy depends on
the combination between the
quality of your apartment, the
price, the facilities offered
and its presentation when photographs
are taken.
How
do I declare the rent I receive?
The
declaration of rent depends
on the individual tax situation
of each owner.
For this
reason we advise you to seek
advice from the tax office,
your accountant or a tax specialist
What
type of insurance do I need
to let my furnished apartment ?
The
owners must take out non-occupancy
insurance with their insurance
company. This is obligatory.
For
all other types of insurance,
we advise that you seek advice
from your insurer.
Does
the tenant need to have insurance?
Yes,
the tenant must take out multi-risk
home insurance.
What
are the advantages of seasonal
furnished rentals compared to
unfurnished rentals?
- Rents
are around 30% higher compared
to normal, unfurnished rentals.
- Seasonal furnished rentals
allow the owner to use the apartment
whenever they like.
- The
lease is a maximum of 1 year
and is renewable, whereas unfurnished
rentals implicate a lease of
3 years.
- There are significant
tax benefits.
