activities?
Our main activity is
home finding in Central
London where we offer
expert experienced
advice and negotiate
excellent lease and
purchase terms and
rental and purchase
prices.
Are you part of a

chain of companies ?
No although we are
part of a large
well-established
property company giving
us access to a range of
related servcies and
opportunities.
How large is your
network currently
?
We a team of 8 Account
Manager in the office
and over 35 consultants
in the field covering
London and the Home
Counties.
Do you offer a
support and consultancy
service for French
nationals moving or
returning from
abroad?
Yes of course we
have French customers
and clients and assist
them with moving in and
out of the UK.
Do you offer a
storage solution?
We can recommend storage
for belongings and
furniture outside the
home and also help with
ideas for settling in
and making life within
the home more
comfortable.
What is the advantage
of your offer compared
to the competition?
We offer very
personal friendly advice
and flexible programmes
and services to suit
everyone. We also have
direct links to other
property servcies such
as market data and
reports and assured
purchase and sale
schemes.
How early should one
start preparing a
relocation?
There is never enough to
prepare someone for
moving internationally
or even nationally. We
would recommend that
preparations start at
least a month before
someone expects to move
but we can also manage a
relocation with very
short notice, even
days!

important criteria for a
successful relocation ?
To be eductaed about
the destination city or
place, to be organised
and flexible.
